You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an assigned tracking number once the product is shipped. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity.
Please make sure that you fill in the numbers and letters correctly for your full address. Once the order is shipped out, we will not be able to change the address anymore.
If your tracking number doesn’t show any activity for more than 10 days, your order could be undergoing the following problems:
– Shipping courier awaiting item from our warehouse, a delay in this process could be a handling error on the couriers’ side.
– Package is delayed being affected by external factors such as (shipment flight delay/COVID-19 pandemic complications/high package volume during holidays season/customs complications)
