If your tracking code shows “awaiting item” from a shipping courier, that means the package has been shipped out from our fulfilment center. 

The status “awaiting item” will change once the shipping partners have received and scanned the packages, which means your package will be arriving soon!

-10 to 20 days for US, Canada, and Germany shipments

-5 to 8 days for UK shipments
